Justyna Kaczmarczyk-Otawa is an attorney-at law, she was admitted to the bar  in 2014.  She is also a sworn translator of English.

Over the course of her career she has successfully litigated many complex cases in the areas of civil law (family law included) and criminal law.  

By utilizing her knowledge of Polish law and excellent English skills she has been able to help many foreigners embroiled in legal disputes in Poland.  She is one of the few Polish attorneys who are also certified translators of English, which required passing a state exam administered by the Polish Ministry of Justice. 

Justyna Kaczmarczyk-Otawa strives to ensure excellent communication with her clients so that they are fully-informed and well-advised. Her philosophy in representing clients is focused on getting the best possible results by using her extensive knowledge and trial experience. Justyna runs her own law practice  in Bielsko-Biała but she represents clients across Poland.
